Dr. Erin Smith Berling is a board-certified pediatric dentist and proud Lakeland native, serving families across Central Florida as the owner and lead clinician at Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida, graduating #1 in her class. Dr. Erin continued her education having completed her pediatric dental residency at the esteemed UF–Shands Hospital, where she developed a deep commitment to providing expert gentle care tailored to children of all ages.
With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Erin is widely recognized for her clinical excellence, warm demeanor, and ability to put even the most anxious young patients at ease. She’s a 9-time winner of Best of Central Florida – Pediatric Dentist and was honored nationally as one of Incisal Edge magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 dentists. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Erin is deeply rooted in the Lakeland community through school outreach programs, charitable initiatives, and an unwavering support of many local charities. She’s a devoted wife and mother of three, and a firm believer in creating joyful memories—never missing a Lakeland Christmas Parade and always cheering from the sidelines at youth sports.
